Anna Ahlfors

Anna Ahlfors is a wife, proud homeschool mom, and full-time golf cheerleader for her two high school boys. When she’s not traveling to tournaments or helping with algebra, she’s writing heartfelt, witty romances that celebrate love, family, and second chances.

A husband’s girl through and through, Anna fills her stories with humor, emotion, and the kind of chaos only real life can inspire. Her dogs—whose names make cameo appearances in her books—keep her company while she writes late into the night.

She’s the author of On the Clock, Accidental Arrangement, and Ella. When she’s not writing, you’ll find her reading, painting, or somewhere near the 18th hole.

For months, I thought the cover for On the Clock was finished.

Pretty. Clean. Safe.

But something in me kept whispering, “It’s not quite you.”

I ignored it… until I finalized the cover for Accidental Arrangement.

The second that Book 2 cover came together — warm, emotional, romantic, wrapped in florals and feeling — it was like a light bulb went off.

Suddenly I could see it:

On the Clock needed to match the heart of the story, not just the aesthetic.

So, like any author who spirals at 12 a.m. with Canva, Photoshop, and a little too much melatonin, I went back to the drawing board.

And the moment the On the Clock cover came together?

It clicked.

The floral frame.

The vintage clock.

The timeless, romantic vibe.

It finally felt like Emma and Sebastian’s world.

Accidental Arrangement didn’t just get its cover…

It showed me what the whole series was supposed to look like.

Now both books feel like they belong to the same series:

  •  soft florals
  • warm tones
  • intimate & emotional
  • a little bit magical
  • and very, very “me”

I can finally say I’m obsessed — with both of them.

On the Clock — available now

Accidental Arrangement — releasing May 1, 2026 (pre-order is live!)

Thank you for loving these characters with me.

Sometimes the story tells you what it wants — even in the cover design.
